Acne is one of the most embarrassing skin disorders someone can go through so how can you get clear skin in the most effective and fast way? Well I was once an acne suffer myself and quite frankly I dreaded going into public every day because I was so ashamed of my face. Well what I realised is that people are actually not told the whole truth about getting clear skin the real information that they deserve. That is why I am here to finally send you on the right path and set fact from fiction so you do not get caught up in all the acne myths.
1. You need to make sure you have a good and healthy diet if you want to get clear skin. But the problem people face is that there are actually many healthy foods that can worsen your acne condition when you don't even realise. Dairy products are known for their many health benefits but for an acne sufferer they are better left alone. You see they contain hormones in them that trigger your own body to create the hormones involved in acne.
It can be difficult to take these out of the diet how ever limiting them to 1 or 2 serves a day is sufficient but even better is to choose soy products which contain the same health benefits with out the added hormones. Bananas are another healthy food and are actually classed as one of nature's super foods how ever they contain specific amino acids which can onset future breakouts.
2. You are told to get sunlight every day how ever many acne sufferers believe the more they get the better their skin will appear. Well if you have not realised yet acne is very easily irritated and the sun lights powerful rays are more then enough to aggravate your acne. If you must be in the sun for long periods of time make sure you use an oil free sunscreen.
